Capoeira is a unique martial art that was devised by enslaved Africans who were taken to Brazil. It was disguised as a dance and incorporates elements of flexibility, core strength, acrobatics and music.
Capoeira in Solihull is passionately taught by Instrutor Leo Paninho. Having practiced Capoeira for over 10 years with a renowned academy in Birmingham, he has come to Solihull to spread this amazing artform to all ages.
